A growing real estate investment firm near downtown LA is looking for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will handle fund and property functions for the organization. Duties for the Senior Accountant include account / bank reconciliation, cash flow reporting, financial statement preparation, and asset & financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will also calculate fair value adjustments, fund earnings, fund investment analysis, prepare consolidations, assist with audits, tax filings, as well as collaborate with corporate property and fund personnel.

• Qualified candidates will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from a nationally recognized university.
• At least four years of accounting experience within the real estate industry.
• Must have solid career tenure.
• Strong systems background, including advanced Excel.
• $110 - 120k + bonus.
